No one told us it would be windy sitting next to the windows in this house.
This week we are finding out just how cold and drafty our old house can be.
While it is peaceful and magical looking out the North windows of the family room, wondering how several inches of snow can balance on the tips of the branches of the pines, the icy draft is unbearable.
It's winter. It is a howling wind through the seams of our 92-year-old windows.
What do you do? Turn on the fireplace, layer up, snuggle under a blanket with a warm beverage and wait for the window guy to show up with your new windows
